+ Where is Enigma located?

We're right on the Pearl Street Mall (1426 Pearl). Entrance to the building is across from Starbucks.

+ Do you accept same-day reservations?

Yes, but please make sure to book at least 1 hour in advance or just stop by, we're on Pearl Street!

+ I've already done one of the rooms, can I do it again?

Yes, but please reserve the entire room as to not ruin the experience for first timers.

+ What is your refund policy?

• More than 5 days from reservation: full refund.
• 1-4 days from reservation: Enigma Escape Rooms credit.
• Day of reservation: no refund can be given.

+ Do I need to sign anything before I enter the room?

Yes, all participants must sign our waiver before entering the experience. You can find it here if you'd like to read it before you go.

+ Can I do Missing Scientist Part 2 without doing Part 1?

You sure can! Part 2 is just a continuation of the story line and doesn't require any prior knowledge to do.

+ Can I bring anything into the room?

No cellphones, bags, or jackets are allowed in the room. We secure our lobby to protect your belongings. If you need to be on-call, you can provide our phone number to whomever may need it. We will let you know if there's someone calling for you.

+ I have more than 8 people in my group, can I add them?

Depending on the additional number of people, we maybe be able to accommodate your request.

+ Do I need my reading glasses to participate?

If you typically need reading glasses, we advise you bring those along.

+ Is it like the movie 'Saw'?

No. Not at all. In fact, it's safe, fun, and challenging.

+ Do I need to purchase all tickets for a room?

Absolutely not. Get one or a few and you’ll be teamed with other people in the same game. Teamwork is not required but you’ll be much more successful if you work with others.

+ I only want my group in the room, what do I do?

All you have to do is find a time block that has all 8 slots available. Otherwise, you'll be sharing the experience with other awesome people.

+ What time should I show up for my reservation?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your designated time. We lock the lobby door 5 minutes before sessions start.

+ How long does it take?

You only get one hour to escape.

+ Can you fail?

Yes, but it’s all part of the game.

+ Are there any age or physical limitations?

Yes. You must be 12 years or older to participate. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the room. Additionally, the Escape Rooms are live action experiences which may require ducking, bending, and other physical activities.

+ What should I bring?

Bring your friends and your brain.
